I own several Tecova boots, the shoes are leather, durable, well crafted COMFORTABLE and guaranteed to fit, even if you order them online. I purchased a new pair of Moc Comp Toe work boots that are dressy enough for a Christmas concert and dinner. The staff in the store are super attentive and friendly.

I love Tecovas’ brand and I really love this store! Every time I visit, the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Caitlin, the assistant manager. She always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Not only does Tecovas crush it with their boots, but the customer service is 1st class as well! Thanks!

Visited Tecovas in Charlotte today. A young lady named Jackie helped me and my wife out. She cleaned/polished my boots, helped me pick out a belt and supplied us with a cold beer and a water. To top it off, she was a pleasure to talk to about Charlotte and life in general! Great store, great products and great service!! Thanks Jackie for taking such good care of us!!!

Asked about leather cleaner and Terrell offered me a boot cleaning and a beer. Genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a clothing store. Highly recommend stopping in and supporting these guys. Great quality clothes and customer service!

4/18/2025 stopped here with my honey so she could look at some boots. The employees were very friendly and she was able to find a pair she loved after trying on several pairs and several more. Great customer service, and there's a lot to choose from for both men and women! I ordered a pair online, The Cartwright Mens Scotch Goat Cowboy boot. They fit perfectly and are comfortable. They run true to size.

This location has some of the best customer service I’ve encountered! A now Houstonian but proud North Carolinian since birth, I’ve had to call Atherton Mill for a few inquires. Dan, their store manager, is a top notch rockstar! Has the best attitude, was eager to help me with no hesitations. Their entire staff is also wonderful to work with. If you need some new boots, and you’re in the Charlotte area, Dan and his team will take care of you! :)

My experience at Tecovas CLT was great. I knew I wanted a pair of boots and almost ordered them online but ultimately decided to make the 1.5 hours drive to try on them in person and I’m glad I did! Thanks to Luke for being so helpful and attentive. I tried on multiple different pairs and he helped me get them on/off multiple times without making me feel rushed so I could get the right size and style for me. Also, he brought complimentary water for my friend and I while we shopped. I signed up for emails and received a sweet 10 percent off my purchase - who doesn’t love a discount! Thank you to Melinda for branding my boots and allowing me to ask questions and take my time deciding what I wanted on my boots. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I ultimately decided to get my initials and she took her time and it came out perfect - exactly what I wanted. Overall, my experience was top tier. I would recommend the store for their selection of goods, cleanliness, and professionalism. I would also recommend the 2 associates that assisted me. The customer experience made my money/time well spent, and easily makes me want to be a returning guest!

Jackson is the guy you want to ask for help. I went in to have my size double checked after an online purchase. I thought store wouldn’t be helpful because I had bought online, but Jackson was patient, helpful, and committed to making sure we found the right size. We tried several different lengths and widths and settled on a great fit. I can’t say enough about how welcome Jackson made me feel, and I am even more confident about my purchase now. I’ll be back.

I had an incredible experience at Tecovas in Charlotte! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Dan and Ashley were absolutely fantastic they went above and beyond with their customer service, making sure we felt completely cared for. They helped us find the perfect boots, and the whole process was so enjoyable. If you’re in Charlotte, definitely stop by Tecovas you won’t be disappointed! They offered us drinks on the house. They were were very friendly. Fun Fact, Michael Jordan was just in there and recently bought a pair of boots and he highly approves of Tecovas.
